As InfoMarket was informed in the Ministry of Finance, at the same time, the state budget expenditures of Moldova last year amounted to 49 billion 640.5 million lei, an increase, compared to the previous year, by 6 billion 566.6 million lei (+ 15.2%). As a result, the deficit of the state budget of Moldova in 2020 amounted to 11 billion 134.8 million lei, which is 3.6 times more than in 2019. According to the Ministry of Finance, in general, in the structure of income, receipts from taxes and duties in 2020 amounted to 35 billion 777.2 million lei (a year earlier - 36 billion 417.2 million), receipts from grants amounted to 624.2 million lei (1 billion 540.5 million lei). According to the Ministry of Finance, the largest amount of treasury revenues in January-December 2020 was traditionally brought by the Customs Service: 22 billion 526.8 million lei, a decrease of 369.8 million lei (-1.6%), compared to the same period in 2019. Herewith, the incomes administered by the State Tax Service in 2020 amounted to 17 billion 052.2 million lei, which is 183.8 million lei (1.1%) less than in the previous year. Income from projects financed from external sources in January-December 2020 amounted to 353.2 million lei against 348.7 million lei in the same period a year earlier, thus increasing by 4.5 million lei (+1.3%). Other revenues amounted to 1 billion 537.6 million lei, which is lower than the indicators of the previous year by 879.8 million lei (-36.4%).
