
A number of Moldovan producers will be able to promote and sell their products on the EU market under the Export Mission program.
The program was officially launched on February 2 by the Investment Agency of Moldova and the World Bank. It is aimed at producers of fresh and processed fruit, electronics and furniture. Those wishing to take part in the program will have to pass a competitive selection at the Investment Agency. According to the head of the institution, Rodica Verbeniuc, a total of 30 local companies from the three mentioned sectors will be selected. Each company will have the opportunity to participate in B2B sessions with relevant partners in European markets. In addition, the beneficiaries of the program will be able to participate in various international fairs and exhibitions in Germany, Romania and the Baltic countries. In particular, fruit producers will be able to present their products at fairs in Germany and the Baltic States, and electronics and furniture producers in Romania and Germany.
