As part of the second round of bidding, a total of 15 plots were put up for the placement of kiosks, but 13 lots were leased; they are located in the following parks and squares of the capital: the park on Melestiu street, “Rose Valley” park, the square on Petru Zadnipru street (Ciocana), the alley on blvd. Mircea cel Batrin (Ciocana), "Mezon" park. Only 1 application was received for the remaining two lots, so the commission rejected their consideration, and the lots will be put up within the next auction. The average rental cost of retail outlets was 2.5 million lei. The lease term is 5 years. As a reminder, within the framework of the first auction, the Chisinau mayor's office received 20 million 205 thousand lei for placing 11 kiosks in the parks of the capital. A total of 15 plots were put up, but 3 were excluded by the auction commission, and only one bid was submitted for 1 more, so it will be put up at the next auction. Eleven kiosks will be located in the park near the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ, in the Stefan cel Mare park, on Iona Creanga street (Arboretum park), in the Butoias forest park, in the Sarmisegetuza park and on Valea Crucii street ( Zoo). The average rental cost of retail outlets was 2 million lei. The money earned by the mayor's office from the lease of land plots for a period of 5 years will be used to develop the city's infrastructure.
