A new round of privatization will take place in Moldova on November 27 - December 31.
As reported by the Public Property Agency, the property of 24 companies was put up for auction at an initial cost of over 129 million lei. In particular, the Children's Health Camp "Avtodorozhnik" (Автодорожник) in the village of Sergeevka (Ukraine, 1.6 million lei) and the state-owned enterprise for the production and sale of flour products Pita-Service in the village of Basarabeasca (145 thousand lei) have been put up for sale in single property complexes. Also, the share of the state in the authorized capital of the capital IT-Cafe (3.53 million lei) and property complexes and real estate of 21 state-owned enterprises are sold at a price of 0.015 million to 50 million lei. The most expensive lots are two plots for construction with an area of 6.1304 hectares (Chisinau municipality, Padurii street, 26/1) and 5.1848 hectares (Chisinau municipality, Codru city), they are put up for sale at an initial price of 50 million and 40 million lei, respectively. The tourist center "Moldova" (the village of Yasinya, Ukraine) is also for sale - 1.2 million lei, the recreation center "Chaika" (Чайка) (city of Koblevo, Ukraine) - 1.6 million lei, the cinema Patria (Leova) - 1.683 million lei, 4-storey industrial complex in Chisinau - 9.35 million lei, land for construction with an area of 0.1617 hectares on Cuza Voda in Chisinau street - 5 million lei, etc. Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until December 15, the auction will be held on December 16. In addition, from December 22 to 31, at the Stock Exchange will be held auctions for the sale of state shares in 14 joint-stock companies, the state's share in which ranges from 30.083% to 99.637%. The most expensive "lot" is the state's shareholding in Metalferos JSC (78.282%), its starting price will be about 900 million lei (7 million lei less than the previous price). It is also planned to privatize the state blocks of shares in the Institute for Scientific Research Rif-Acvaaparat (92.908%) - 18.55 (2.3 million lei less than the previous price), the state block of shares in the "Hotel Chișinău" JSC (60.179%) - at the initial price of 1.55 million lei, as well as 30.083% of the shares of the insolvent enterprise Alimentarmaș (about 5.5 million lei, almost 0.6 million cheaper than previously offered for sale), as well as state shares in 10 enterprises for the repair and maintenance of highways.
