Moldova publishes the Handbook of Financial Resources for SMEs and Startups.
According to the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure, all information of interest to future and existing entrepreneurs, starting with funding a startup, assistance resources available at the development stage, is now collected in a single document. The handbook contains useful and practical information on all types of business support available in our country: grants, consulting services, mentoring and entrepreneurship training. It was developed at the request of the Organization of Small and Medium Enterprises (ODIMM) within the framework of the project "Consulting the Government of Moldova on Economic Policy Issues" implemented by GIZ Moldova with financial support from the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. According to the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure, small and medium-sized enterprises currently account for 98.6% of all enterprises in Moldova, and the number of employees employed in these enterprises is more than 60% of the total labor force in the country.
