Stimulating these processes requires universities, which, first and foremost, must educate people on how to become an entrepreneur. In his opinion, gold and oil are no longer indicators of prosperity; raw materials have been replaced by “data - new oil of the future”. The futurist believes that there is no secret in creating a new "Silicon Valley": a stable population, educated youth, a center for university education, and government understanding and support. Silicon Valley in the beginning attracted companies with cheap land and the proximity to Stanford University, which supplied educated graduates. According to the expert, "many people know how to create such a valley, but few do it." “Wellbeing depends on science and technology, we have moved from the industrial revolution, which required the training of farmers to work with machines, to the electronic revolution. It also demanded retraining.
