maib has announced the launch of its third issue of corporate bonds worth 100 million lei starting July 3, 2023.
According to the bank, maib announced the launch of the third issue of corporate bonds starting July 3, 2023, after successful registration in the Register of Securities Issuers and approval by the National Financial Market Commission of the results of the second issue of corporate bonds, held from May 29 to June 19. The term of the offer is 3 weeks (21 calendar days), from the date of start of subscription on bonds, with the possibility of early closing of the offer in case of subscription of the whole volume. There are 5,000 bonds offered for subscription. The nominal value of one bond is 20 thousand lei. The maturity of these bonds is 3 years, and the interest rate is floating, being tied to the interest rate offered by maib to physical persons on deposit maib classic, opened for 365 days, plus a fixed margin of 2%, to be paid every quarter. As InfoMarket agency earlier reported, maib registered the first issue of corporate bonds this year in the amount of 58.54 million lei and the second in the amount of 27.66 million lei.
