maib has successfully registered this year's second issue of corporate bonds worth 27.66 million lei in the Register of Securities Issuers.
In particular, the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) informed that the CNPF Management Board, at its session of June 26, approved the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers in accordance with the Report on the results of the second issue of Moldova-Agroindbank bonds worth 27 million 660 thousand lei, in the amount of 1383 class I registered bonds, with face value of 20 thousand leis per bond, with a three year maturity and floating interest rate. According to the CNPF, this is the 2nd issue out of 4 stipulated by the offer, according to the prospectus of Moldova-Agroindbank. Earlier maib registered this year's first issue of corporate bonds worth 58.54 million lei in the Register of Securities Issuers. As InfoMarket agency earlier reported, during 12 months maib is going to hold 4 issues of corporate bonds worth 400 million lei.
