According to the statement, in particular, the Management Board of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) issued the permit for registration on the regulated market of the special sale/purchase transaction of 56970 securities issued by FinComBank at price of 200 MDL per share. Other details are not given. It should be noted that the authorized capital of FinComBank amounts to 131 million 544.2 thousand lei, divided into 1315442 common nominal shares of 1st class with voting right at the nominal value of 100 lei per share.
