According to the bank's message, 250 thousand shares of Eurocreditbank (1.8115% of the authorized capital) are offered for sale on the regulated market in the form of "separate shares" in the period from November 19 to December 18. The initial selling price of the shares is 17.85 lei per share, and their total value is 4 million 462.5 thousand lei. At the same time, it was agreed that the shares put up for sale can be purchased by one buyer or a group of persons acting in concert, who, prior to the respective acquisition, received the preliminary permission of the National Bank of Moldova in accordance with the conditions established in Articles 47-49 of the Law on Banking Activities. It should be noted that the authorized capital of Eurocreditbank is 138 million lei, it is divided into 13 million 800 thousand shares.
