At the same time, 1 million lei was received in the last reporting month from Banca de Economii, and 3 million lei - from Banca Socială. So, according to the Ministry of Finance, in particular, as of early October 2021, Banca de Economii returned to the state 1 billion 506.24 million lei (a month earlier - 1 billion 505.24 million lei), Banca Socială - 797.84 million lei (794.84 million lei), and Unibank - 322.9 million lei (also 322.9 million lei). Herewith, according to the financial department, as of October 2021, the named banks themselves, which suffered from the "theft of the century", managed to recover 2 billion 678.3 million lei (a month earlier - 2 billion 673.11 million) - as a result of collection debts from their clients, the sale of their own and transferred to the banks assets of debtors, etc. The total amount of such recovered funds of Banca de Economii at the beginning of October 2021 amounted to 1 billion 701.2 million lei (1 billion 699.49 million lei), Banca Socială - 807.6 million lei (804.17 million), Unibank- 169.5 million lei (169.45 million). Meanwhile, most of the funds were received by banks through the repayment of loans by their clients - 641.62 million lei (a month earlier - 640.8 million). In particular, the corresponding receipts from Banca de Economii at the beginning of October 2021 amounted to 279.43 million lei (a month earlier - 278.62 million), from Banca Socială - 245.75 million lei (245.75 million), from Unibank -116.44 million lei (116.43 million).
