
The share of loans issued by banks of Moldova to resident legal entities at the end of April 2021 amounted to 61.9%, having decreased by 0.3% in comparison with the previous month
As InfoMarket agency was informed in the National Bank of Moldova, in particular, at the end of April 2021, such loans were issued in the amount of 29 billion 624.3 million lei (+ 2.1% compared to the previous month) out of the total amount of loans of 47 billion 892, 3 million lei (+ 2.7%). At the same time, loans to individual residents amounted to 17 billion 765.1 million lei, (+ 3.9%), and their share in the total volume increased from 36.7% to 37.1%. Loans to non-resident legal entities at the end of April 2021 amounted to 496.2 million lei (-5.8% compared to the previous month), while loans to non-resident individuals totaled 6.6 million lei (+ 37.5%). According to the NBM, the largest amounts of loans to legal entities residents at the end of April 2021 were issued by: Moldova-Agroindbank - 10.89 billion lei, Moldindconbank - 4.46 billion lei, Mobiasbanca OTP Group - 4.25 billion lei, ProCredit Bank - 3.37 billion lei, Victoriabank - 2.28 billion lei. The largest amounts of loans to non-resident legal entities were provided by: Mobiasbanca OTP Group - 309.9 million lei, Victoriabank - 98.3 million lei and Moldova-Agroindbank - 80.4 million lei. The leading positions in issuing loans to individual residents are occupied by Moldova-Agroindbank - 5.05 billion lei, Moldindconbank - 4.37 billion lei, Mobiasbanca OTP Group - 3.59 billion lei, Victoriabank - 2.35 billion lei. // 17.06.2021 — InfoMarket
