A new transparency tool has been launched to monitor Moldova's path towards European integration and track EU funding allocated to the country: the Reform and Growth Facility Info Panel
In particular, a new open tool has been created to monitor progress in reforms and financial assistance from the European Union in the process of Moldova's European integration. This is the Reform and Growth Facility Info Panel, developed by the European Commission as part of the Moldova Growth Plan announced by the EU. The information panel contains clear, structured, and regularly updated information on the implementation of the reform agenda agreed between Moldova and the EU, as well as on the funds allocated and released under the Reform and Growth Facility. The Reform and Growth Facility Info Panel is an online monitoring platform that is publicly accessible and designed to ensure transparency and accountability in the implementation of reforms supported by the EU. The Info Panel's unified and user-friendly interface brings together information on the commitments and reform objectives agreed between the European Union and Moldova. It also shows the status of the relevant commitments – fully implemented, nearing completion, or delayed. The Info Panel displays data on the funds allocated by the European Union that have been released in connection with the stages of reform that have been implemented. From a practical point of view, the Info Panel translates policy documents and technical reform commitments into a format that is easy for the general public to use and understand. The information is clearly structured and presented in the form of convenient infographics, allowing users to quickly identify the progress made and areas where additional efforts are needed. For media representatives, the Info Panel will be not just a database, but a working tool that will help them report on information based on data and evidence. The Info Panel will allow journalists to verify statements made by officials by comparing them with agreed reform commitments and determining whether deadlines are being met. The platform will simplify the analysis of the relationship between reforms and related EU financial assistance, helping to clarify how specific results contribute to the release of funds. Covering areas such as justice reform, public administration, anti-corruption, economic governance, or the energy sector, media representatives will be able to use the Info Panel to learn about the commitments made by the country and compare the progress achieved with the established indicators. The Info Panel also shows which stages of reform have enabled the country to obtain the release of funds from the European Union and helps to provide an overview of the total financial assistance allocated under the Reform and Growth Facility. The Info Panel clearly and transparently reveals the link between reforms and funding. This approach strengthens institutional accountability and enables the public to better understand the dynamics of Moldova's European integration process. As public interest in the EU's Growth Plan for Moldova grows, access to reliable and structured information becomes increasingly important. The Reform and Growth Facility Info Panel promotes open debate among participants who are better informed about the issues under discussion. It enables journalists, civil society organizations, researchers, and citizens to track progress, assess the performance of institutions, and engage in meaningful discussions on reform priorities. The Reform and Growth Facility Info Panel is available online on the European Commission's website and on the EU4Moldova platform. // 18.02.2026 — InfoMarket.
