Moldova-Benelux Business Forum will be held in Chisinau on March 11-12
As reported by the Moldovan Investment Agency, the event will be organized in cooperation with the Embassies of Belgium and the Netherlands under the patronage of Moldovan Prime Minister Dorin Recean. The aforementioned forum is intended to become a key event for deepening economic cooperation between the Benelux region (Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg) and Moldova. The forum will bring together over 30 companies from Benelux, government and business representatives, and Moldovan companies, who will discuss trade and investment opportunities and expansion of cooperation. Benelux representatives will discover Moldova as a potential destination for expansion and growth, learn about the country's business environment and ambitious economic reform program in light of its aspirations to join the EU. The focus will be on Moldova's role in the Restore Ukraine initiative. There will be industry discussions between industry leaders and government representatives to discuss new trends in Moldova’s growing sectors, including agriculture, manufacturing, services, energy, infrastructure and real estate. The forum will also introduce Benelux entrepreneurs who are already operating in Moldova, and will provide them with information on the investment climate, challenges and opportunities for doing business in and with Moldova.
