A new financial product called FACEM Investiții BGK to support entrepreneurs in the country will be launched in Moldova
This was announced by the Organization for Development of Entrepreneurship (ODA), which, during a joint meeting with representatives of the banking sector and the Association of Banks of Moldova, presented the concept of a new financial product to be launched during the exhibition for the development and promotion of small and medium-sized businesses in Moldova, Antreprenor Expo 2024. As noted by ODA, FACEM Investiții BGK is an innovative initiative to support entrepreneurs from Moldova in partnership with the country's banks. ODA Director Vadim Codreanu expressed gratitude to the banks and the Association of Banks of Moldova for their active participation in the implementation of programs managed by ODA, especially the state program for stimulating investments "373". "We are grateful for the active participation of our banking partners for the support provided to entrepreneurs. The financial products managed by ODA in partnership with the banking sector are proof of the shared commitment to creating viable solutions and strengthening the entrepreneurship environment in Moldova. Cooperation with the Moldovan Banking Association and banking institutions allows us to offer entrepreneurs the necessary tools, such as the state program "373", for investing in the development of local businesses and the national economy," said Vadim Codreanu. Deputy Director of ODA Alina Cebotariov presented in detail the concept of the FACEM Investiții BGK product, available sources of financing and other important aspects. For their part, bank representatives showed interest and openness to expanded cooperation. The President of the Moldovan Banking Association Dorel Noroc emphasized the importance of cooperation between state institutions and the banking sector to develop financial products that fully utilize the potential of all parties involved. "Such cooperation is necessary to create sustainable financial solutions that meet both the needs of entrepreneurs and market requirements. Through joint efforts, we can ensure that each party involved benefits from these products, thus contributing to the strengthening of the economy and supporting the development of local businesses," he said. ODA notes that under the "373" program, the amount of interest compensated to beneficiaries from July 2023 to August 31, 2024 amounted to almost 20 million lei. FACEM Investiții BGK will be officially presented during the Antreprenor Expo 2024 exhibition, offering entrepreneurs from various sectors of the economy access to advantageous financing.
