Services worth 0.4 million lei were paid through the EVO application, - Dumitru Alaiba

The Minister of Economic Development and Digitalization wrote about this on his Facebook page. At the same time, during the week the amount of transactions increased by approximately 75 thousand lei (+23%). Currently, payment for more than 170 services is available in the application. The application is free and allows to pay taxes, fees, utilities, fines and other payments. To do this, you need to scan the QR code of the payment notice or enter it manually. All documents of the citizen and his/her children are also available in the application. As a reminder, the EVO mobile government e-services application was officially launched in June 2024. An electronic signature is required to use it. By going to evo.gov.md, everyone can download the application for Android or iOS. This integrated government mobile application of electronic services EVO provides individuals and legal entities with remote access to government services, without the need for physical presence in offices for the provision of government services. All types of government services will be available at EVO, and the Moldovan diaspora will also be able to use it. The application exchanges data with all information systems, registries, platforms, portals and government electronic services and allows to store documents in an electronic application, while they have the same legal force as documents made of plastic or paper. The application allows to reduce paperwork during the interaction of citizens and businesses with government agencies, reduces operating costs for the provision of government services, etc. Recall that the integrated government application of electronic services EVO was developed with the support of the Future Technologies Project (FTA), which is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Sweden and the UK. // 22.08.2024 — InfoMarket.
