The call for applications for the Technological Upgrade and Energy Efficiency Program for SMEs has been resumed.
According to the Organization for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA), applications will be accepted until October 1. It should be reminded that within the program for technological upgrade and energy efficiency increase, enterprises can receive up to 2 million lei to carry out re-technology (automation of production, robotization of products, modernization of existing technological lines, etc.) and up to 1.5 million lei to install equipment and systems for renewable energy production (solar panels with heating system, photovoltaic panels for electricity production, etc.). In both cases, the grant component cannot exceed 50% of the project cost, and the beneficiary must ensure a minimum 15% reduction in electricity consumption as a result of the project implementation. In the framework of the program on greening of business, the maximum grant amount per 1 beneficiary is 200 thousand lei. At the same time, the beneficiary's own contribution to the project should be at least 30%.
