
Since the beginning of 2022, the state budget has received $86.5 million and 75.1 million euros in financial assistance from external partners so far.
The Ministry of Finance published a summary of the amount of funds provided by development partners to support our country in reducing the budget deficit and ensuring the implementation of a number of programs. Thus, in May this year, the state budget of Moldova received 55.1 million euros and $86.5 million from the IMF, and in July 20 million euros were received from the government of Poland. At the same time, in accordance with the current agreements with development partners, the following revenues are expected to the state budget in the coming months: from the World Bank - 151 million euros (of which $9.2 million is a grant); from the European Union - 125 million euros (90 million euros - grant); from the French Development Agency - 15 million euros; from the government of Romania - a grant of 10 million euros. The funds will be used to finance government priorities: mitigating the effects of the energy crisis and inflation on the population and the business environment, as well as ensuring the sustainability of capital investment projects financed from budgetary sources. // 28.07.2022 — InfoMarket
