This is stated in the materials of the Ministry of Finance to the draft Law on the State Budget for 2022, which was approved by the government. As noted, at the same time, it is planned to receive external loans for budget support in the amount of 4 billion 643.7 million lei (equivalent to $ 247.4 million), and for the implementation of projects financed from external sources - in the amount of 7 billion 225 million lei (equivalent $ 384.9 million). In particular, it is assumed that in 2022 Moldova will receive, to support the budget, the second tranche of the IMF loan under the new program in the amount of 1 billion 501.8 million lei (equivalent to $ 80 million), the first tranche of the European Commission under the new agreement on macro-financial assistance in the amount of 1.1 billion lei (equivalent to 50 million euros), a World Bank loan in the amount of 1 billion 004.2 million lei (equivalent to $ 53.5 million), including a loan under the DPO in the amount of 938.5 million lei (equivalent to $ 50 million), 660 million lei (equivalent to 30 million euros) from other donors, as well as 377.8 million lei (equivalent to $ 20.1 million) from the European Investment Bank within the framework of the project for the purchase of locomotives and restructuring of the railway infrastructure. The main creditor of the Moldovan government in 2022 will be the World Bank through the International Development Association (IDA) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), which will provide our country as a whole with loans in the amount of 3 billion 690.1 million lei (equivalent to $ 196.6 mln), which is about 31.1% of the total inflow of external government loans. It is planned that the second place in terms of the total volume of external state loans allocated to Moldova in 2022 will be taken by the EBRD with an indicator of 2 billion 143.5 million lei (equivalent to $ 114.2 million), which is 18.1% of the total volume of external government loans. The third place will be taken by the European Investment Bank: 1 billion 752.9 million lei (equivalent to $ 93.4 million), which is 14.8% of the total amount of foreign government loans. It is followed by the IMF, which will provide loans in the amount of 1 billion 501.8 million lei (equivalent to $ 80 million), which will amount to 12.7% of the total inflow of external government loans.
