ANRE intends to increase by one third the margin in the wholesale and retail sales of the main types of oil products and liquefied gas.
This is provided for by the draft amendments prepared by the National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) to the earlier adopted resolution of ANRE on the approval of the Pricing Methodology for oil products, which took effect on July 1 after being published in Monitorul Oficial (the Official Journal of Moldova). The amendments elaborated by ANRE and submitted for public consultations provide for the approval of new margin values for the wholesale and retail sales of the main types of oil products and liquefied gas for the second half of 2021 - for gasoline and diesel fuel: 1522.91 lei / ton instead of the current 1142.18 lei / ton (+ 33.3%); for liquefied gas: 602.11 lei / ton instead of 451.58 lei / ton (+ 33.3%). ANRE announced that on Friday, July 16, at 09:00, online public consultations on the draft amendments to paragraph 3 of the resolution of the ANRE Administrative Council of June 14th will be organized. The urgent development of the relevant project is taking place in the context of problems with the import of petroleum products in the regional market, the constant growth of international quotations and is aimed at avoiding a possible shortage in the fuel market of Moldova. As noted, the decision to be discussed is urgent in nature with expected short-term consequences, and subsequently, the Law on the Oil Products Market, recently amended, should be revised as soon as possible. The draft resolution of ANRE can be found on the official website of the agency: www.anre.md, in the section “Transparency of decisions / Projects subject to approval”. Those wishing to participate in the online meeting should register in advance by e-mail gsanduta@anre.md or presa@anre.md to receive a link to the meeting along with a password. // 15.07.2021 - InfoMarket
