According to the Central Electoral Commission (CEC), after processing 100% of the ballots, the PAS party received 52.74% of the vote - the highest percentage in the history of parliamentary elections in our country. With this result, PAS will be able to independently form a government. The pre-election bloc of communists and socialists won 27.22% of the vote. The third place is occupied by the SOR party, for which 5.75% of voters voted. The rest of the political formations did not overcome the 5% electoral threshold to enter parliament. According to preliminary data, the Renato Usatii bloc won 4.1% of the vote, the Dignity and Truth Platform (DA) party - 2.33%, the Democratic Party - 1.81%, the Democracy at Home Party (Democraţia Acasă) - 1.45%, "We Build Europe at Home" Party (PACE) - 1.28%, and other candidates received less than 1% of the vote. According to preliminary data, taking into account the redistribution of votes of parties that have not crossed the electoral threshold, in the new parliament PAS will receive about 63 mandates out of 101, the Pre-election bloc of Communists and Socialists - 32, and the SOR Party - 6 mandates. In general, more than 1.47 million voters (over 48.4% of the total number of citizens with the right to vote) voted in the snap parliamentary elections in Moldova on July 11. In particular, more than 212 thousand citizens voted abroad. At the same time, more than 180.2 thousand voters abroad (86.2% of their total number) voted for PAS. The Renato Usatii bloc was in second place in terms of voting abroad - 5.8 thousand voters (2.78% of the votes), in third place was the Democracy at Home Party (Democraţia Acasă) - 5.74 thousand. (2.75% of the votes), in the 4th - the bloc of communists and socialists - 5.2 thousand people (2.49% of the votes). In the municipality of Chisinau, the majority of citizens voted for PAS - 56.77% (176.4 thousand voters), and the pre-election bloc of socialists and communists won 28.4% of the votes (88.2 thousand people). The SOR party ranked third in terms of vote in the capital city of Moldova - 3.63% (about 11.3 thousand people). The Renato Usatii bloc won 2.36% of the vote (7.3 thousand) in the capital, the Dignity and Truth Platform (DA) party - 2.16%, the Civil Congress party - 1.51%. At the same time, PAS won in all sectors of the Moldovan capital, as well as in 26 regions of the country, and the bloc of communists and socialists won the majority in 8 regions of the country, as well as in Gagauzia and the Transnistrian region.
