From September 8 to 14, the Customs Service transferred 848.3 million lei to the budget, which is 7.8% more than a week earlier
According to the press service of the agency, over the past week, 28.1 million lei (3.3% of the total amount) came from individuals who imported goods into Moldova in excess of the tax-free limits. In the second week of September, customs officers processed about 13,000 declarations (700 more than a week earlier), and vehicles crossed the state border 85,800 times (about 300 fewer). The heaviest traffic was at the Leuseni and Sculeni customs posts: 18,300 and 15,300 vehicle crossings, respectively. Since the beginning of the year, the Customs Service has transferred 27.8 billion lei to the budget, which is 0.5% more than planned for this period. // 15.09.2025 – InfoMarket.
