As reported to the InfoMarket agency by the Ministry of Finance, net external financing for the first 10 months of 2025 reached a positive value of $197.12 million, as the volume of new loans received in January-October amounted to $616.35 million and exceeded payments on the principal amount of external debt for the same period ($419.23 million). At the same time, for the first 10 months of 2025, net external financing increased by $1.97 billion. In 2025, the positive value of the US dollar exchange rate fluctuations against other currencies amounted to $308.82 million, resulting in the external public debt in dollar terms increasing by $505.94 million (+12.07%) in January-October, amounting to $4 billion 696.23 million at the end of October.
