
Moldova and Romania will strengthen cooperation in the field of tax administration
This is provided for in a new Memorandum on the exchange of experience and the introduction of best practices in tax administration, which was signed yesterday in Bucharest by Olga Golban, Director of the State Tax Service of Moldova, and Adrian Nicusor Nica, Head of the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF). Bilateral cooperation covers areas such as the organization and management of tax authorities, revenue management, information technology management, tax control, and non-compliance risk management. "Cooperation with ANAF is an example of a partnership based on trust, professionalism, and openness. The support provided by ANAF in the process of harmonizing national legislation with EU legislation and the exchange of experience between our institutions contribute to the strengthening of a modern, efficient, and taxpayer-oriented tax administration," said Olga Golban, Director of the National Tax Service.
