According to the declaration of income and personal interests, in 2023 Domnica Manole earned 785.5 thousand lei at the Constitutional Court, and she was paid 3.6 thousand lei at the National Institute of Justice. In addition, the Moldovan government paid more than 181 thousand lei to Domnica Manola, in accordance with the decision of the ECHR. Due to temporary disability, the Constitutional Court and the National Social Insurance Fund paid Domnica Manola almost 49 thousand lei, in the EU she was paid travel allowances and expenses for work trips in the amount of 148.7 thousand lei, and in the Council of Europe she received 2.3 thousand euros for activities in international institutions. Domnica Manole’s pension in 2023 amounted to 301.6 thousand lei. In her declaration, the head of the Constitutional Court indicated that her husband owns an apartment with an area of 140 square meters (942.9 thousand lei), garage with an area of 18.3 sq. m (70 thousand lei), as well as a land plot worth 40.3 thousand lei. At the time of filing the declaration, Domnica Manole’s accounts contained 8.5 thousand euros and 682 lei. The declaration also states that her husband is the founder of the company Vad-Com (5400 lei - authorized capital), co-founder of Impex Div (33.3%), and also owns 230 shares in JSC Filomela.
