Registration is open for the IV International Tax Conference TAXCON'23, which will take place on September 21 in Chisinau.

The American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova (Amcham Moldova) in partnership with the Ministry of Finance and the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants will organize TAXCON'23 - the largest international conference on taxation in Moldova. The event will be supported by USAID Moldova and the Embassy of Sweden in Chisinau. TAXCON is organized as a platform for discussions of tax professionals - for national and regional tax and accounting specialists, government authorities, academia, and development partners. This year's conference will focus on the following topics: tax administration - excellence through voluntary compliance; unfair competition policies - national and international aspects; customs administration through the prism of the new Customs Code; labor relations and taxation. The key speakers of TAXCON'23 will be Anders Stridh, Strategist at the Swedish Tax Administration; William Morris, Deputy Head of Global Tax Policy at PwC (USA); Rosario de Blasio, Senior Advisor for Customs and Tax Policy at the EU.
