In the declaration of assets and personal interests for the year 2022, he indicated that at his main place of work at the National Bank, last year, his income amounted to 1 million 963 thousand lei, another 394.4 thousand lei he received from the lease of agricultural land to the company Agro-SZM. His wife, who is head of the Moldovan representative office of Bayer has earned 1 million 158 thousand lei. The family also declared 167.7 thousand lei, received from the company Grawe Carat as a compensation for life insurance of their daughter. According to the declaration, in 2022, the Armasu family purchased 4 plots of land for approximately 98 thousand lei, and in total since 2012, the family owns 176 plots of land. The Armasu spouses own a country house (92.7 square meters) purchased in 2010 (279 thousand lei), an apartment of 103.9 square meters - worth 2.7 million lei (2.01 million lei - market price), a garage of 21.7 square meters (54.4 thousand lei) and 3 other properties purchased in 2018 (total area - over 30 square meters, cost - about 0.5 million lei). The family owns a Volvo XC60 car, purchased in 2017 for 44.7 thousand euros. On 18 bank current and deposit accounts of the Armasu family at the time of submission of the declaration were more than 2 million lei, $34 thousand and about 23 thousand euros. Money deposits in maib and OTP Bank in 2022 brought returns of $55.8, 1.2 euros and more than 28.2 thousand lei. Octavian Armasu indicated in his declaration that he is a shareholder in Franzeluta, Banca de Economii and Agro-SZM.
