STS contributions to the national public budget of Moldova in 2022 amounted to 55 billion lei, exceeding the figures for 2021 by 7.7 billion (+16.4%)
This was reported by the State Tax Service, noting that, at the same time, tax revenues to the state budget of the country for 12 months of 2022 amounted to 23 billion 795 million 945.2 thousand lei, being higher than the same period of the previous year by 3.73 billion lei (+18.6%). Meanwhile, tax revenues to the budgets of administrative-territorial units in January-December 2022 amounted to 5 billion 935 million 351.9 thousand lei, which is 752.04 million lei (14.5%) more than in the same period in 2021. In 2022, the state social insurance budget received taxes in the amount of 18 billion 948 million 296.7 thousand lei, which is 2 billion 474 million 025.9 thousand lei (15%) more than a year earlier.
