According to the State Tax Service, the following companies received certificates of trust: Efes Vitanta Moldova Brewery, Prime Capital, Karcher, Aquatrade, Premier Energy Distribution, Oriflame International, Topaz, Daac Hermes, Alpen Pharma, Infosapr, Biroul de Credit, etc. Trust certificate is an incentive document confirming the qualifications of an honest taxpayer, and entitling to certain tax benefits. According to the Regulation on moral (non-financial) incentives for conscientious taxpayers, these companies receive a tax advantage in the form of exemption for the next 2 years from total tax and thematic audits initiated by the tax authorities, provided that taxpayers do not change their financial behavior. Certificates of trust are awarded to taxpayers who collectively met certain criteria: in the course of inspections conducted over the past year, they were not found to have violations or violations were minor; they did not allow the formation of arrears to the national public budget for the last year and submitted reports on time; no enforcement of tax obligations was applied to them. At the same time, these companies have received taxable income over the past 3 years, the amount of calculated tax liabilities was at least 10% of the amount of declared income, and the average salary was higher than the average in the economy. The companies also did not allow cases of non-submission or late submission of reports on taxes and fees. In addition, the accountants of 92 taxpayers, including Moldretail Group, Apa-Canal Chisinau, Energocom, Business Market, Iugintertrans, Lear Corporation, Endava, etc., received diplomas from the State Tax Service in recognition of their professionalism and high qualifications in financial, accounting and tax spheres. It is worth noting that the selection of candidates for awarding certificates of trust and honorable mentions is carried out annually by territorial state tax inspectorates / general administration of large taxpayers, without the need for applicants to submit applications for participation in the action.
