Applications for participation in the program of subsidizing jobs in the first quarter of 2021 are accepted until June 30.
The State Tax Service reminds that there are 14 days left before the completion of applications for subsidizing jobs. The subsidies will be provided in accordance with the Regulation on Subsidizing Jobs, which the government approved at the end of April to support citizens who lost their jobs during the pandemic, as well as people with disabilities. It is stipulated that persons who have not received a salary for at least 12 consecutive months preceding the month of employment will be able to receive 50% of the amount of declared and paid taxes calculated for the subsidized period, but not more than 1 thousand lei per month for 1 employee. For people with disabilities who are not employed in special enterprises, the amount of the subsidy will be from 50% to 100% of the amount of taxes paid, depending on the degree of disability (but not more than 1,000 and, accordingly, 2,000 lei per month), and if persons with disabilities worked in special enterprises, the amount of the subsidy will be from 230% to 300% of the amount of taxes paid, but not more than 4.6 thousand, 5.2 thousand and, accordingly, 6 thousand lei, depending on the degree of restriction opportunities. A request for a subsidy is made by submitting an application to the main department of tax administration at the place of service of the taxpayer / main department of tax administration of post-operational tax control or to the main department for administration of large taxpayers of the State Tax Service (STS), as the case may be. The application is submitted on paper with a handwritten signature or sent to the STS email address in accordance with the service sector, using an enhanced qualified electronic signature.
