Construction has begun on the final residential buildings in the “Satul German” neighborhood. The project developer announced the signing of a partnership agreement with Solomon Construct, which will build the homes in the neighborhood as part of the fifth phase. This phase includes 12 apartment buildings, which will feature 1,120 apartments and 1,173 underground parking spaces.

 

 

Czeslaw Chukhriy, the developer of the “Satul German” project, emphasized the importance of this step in accelerating the neighborhood’s development. “Through this partnership, we aim to speed up construction while maintaining the quality standards we committed to from the very beginning. We want to see, as soon as possible, a neighborhood ready for occupancy and full of life, with modern streets, well-maintained sidewalks, green spaces, and all the amenities of a modern social infrastructure. Our goal remains the same: to build with quality and responsibility,” assured Czesław Chuchriy.  
 

 


 

It should be noted that the “Satul German” project has made significant progress. Residential buildings from Phases I and II, comprising 406 apartments and 92 duplexes, have been commissioned. The ibis Styles hotel, operated under a franchise agreement with the ibis Styles brand of the international hotel group ACCOR, has also opened. Investment in the project totaled 12 million euros. In addition, the National Tennis Center—one of the most modern in Eastern Europe, with six indoor courts and seven outdoor clay courts—was recently opened.

 

Meanwhile, construction is proceeding at a rapid pace on the apartment buildings for the third and fourth phases, which will include 652 apartments. Work is also underway in the single-family housing area. In total, the project includes 124 villas and land plots.
