According to the National Road Administration, repair work on the G109 Delacau–Bulboaca–R2 road, on the sections near the villages of Speia and Telica in the Novo-Aneni District, is 98% complete. The contractor is currently finishing the installation of road drainage channels and concrete trapezoidal culverts to ensure an effective rainwater drainage system. Prior to this, work was completed on the reconstruction of the road system, the construction of pedestrian bridges and access roads, as well as the reinforcement of road shoulders. Particular attention was paid to improving the safety of road users through the implementation of specialized technical solutions. In the final stage, the top layer of asphalt concrete will be laid on the remaining sections, road markings will be applied, and road signs and protective guardrails will be installed.
