As reported to InfoMarket by the Ministry of Finance, the sources of deficit financing for the first 11 months of 2025 were: internal sources - 9 billion 988.2 million lei, external sources - 3 billion 049.5 million lei, and the change in the cash balance - minus 3 billion 062.4 million lei.
