Moldovan authorities announce public consultations on the draft 6th package of amendments to the regulatory framework aimed at facilitating entrepreneurial activity.
The draft government resolution, the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization has submitted for discussions, includes amendments and additions to 11 regulatory documents. For example, it is proposed that when accepting construction projects, it will be possible in some cases to use a holographic signature, and not only an electronic one, as is currently stipulated in the legislation. It is also proposed to provide for the possibility of self-service of vehicles at gas stations, along with service by the station operator. In addition, it is proposed to allow the supply of petroleum products poured into metal or plastic canisters. The draft specifies the concept of "rural house", including the principle of organizing catering with own products. Trade institutions that have their own bread and bakery products production facilities will be able to offer customers to pack their own products, creating special conditions for this.
