DAI Global Austria, on behalf of the European Union and in favor of the Republic of Moldova, announced a corresponding tender for the selection of a specialized company to carry out the design, development and implementation of the e-Monitorizare information system. This is an integrated information system that will include the entire strategic planning structure as a whole, as well as planning and monitoring progress in the implementation of the Moldova-EU Association Agreement, including the DCFTA. The system will monitor Moldova's fulfillment of obligations arising from its status as an EU candidate state. The information system should become the optimal G2G and G2C solution, which will ensure the transition from traditional methods of document processing to large-scale digitalization of planning, reporting and monitoring activities. A legal entity or a consortium of companies can submit their proposals for the tender. They must demonstrate economic and financial potential for the last three years preceding the application. The average annual turnover of candidates must be at least 300 thousand euros. The company must have professional potential, experience (at least 5 years in the industry and at least two completed projects with a budget of at least 200 thousand euros), technical capabilities to implement the project. The tender will take place on January 22, 2024, and work on the implementation of the tender application should begin at the end of May 2024.
