All the aid from Moldova's development partners is budgeted - Minister of Finance.
At a meeting with the economic press on Monday, Veronica Sireneanu said that when information or applications for financial support for Moldova, such as grants or soft loans, are announced, these means are already included in the state budget and their use is strictly regulated and approved by development partners. The assistance is negotiated for at least a year, and at the finishing line, when only technical procedures remain, the Ministry of Finance forms next year's budget, taking into account the funds that will be received, although the final agreement can be signed during the year, when the funds must arrive in the Ministry of Finance accounts.
