Moldova maintains an 8.5 p.p. reduction of the refinancing rate within the investment credit lines of the investment projects financed from external public loans in order to support the development of the real sector.
The Ministry of Finance reported this, noting that the relevant decision was taken at a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Office of the Management of Foreign Assistance Programs (OGPAE), which manages these funds through the participating financial institutions - banks and non-bank credit institutions with which the Ministry of Finance has signed agreements on on-lending. This benefit will be extended beginning Feb. 25 for beneficiaries of sub-loans on-lended through participating financial institutions using funds from credit lines managed by OGPAE. Beneficiaries can find more information about the terms and conditions of the credit lines, including on-lending rates, at participating partner financial institutions and on the OGPAE website at https://ogpae.gov.md/linii-de-credit-2/. // 09.02.2023 - InfoMarket.
