The Public Property Agency has excluded from the current round of privatization 3 objects, which were planned to be sold at an "under the hammer" auction on June 30.

According to the agency's announcement, instead of 20 state-owned real estate / property complexes that were put up for sale as part of the next round of privatization, only 17 were offered for sale during the auction. Three positions were removed from the list of privatized ones: two property complexes - buildings with an area of 163 sq. m each and adjoining plots for construction (0.7948 hectares and 0.4405 hectares), located outside the Bacioi commune in the municipality of Chisinau, as well as a building - a 4-storey industrial complex (1991.9 sq. m), located on Iurii Gagarin street in Chisinau. The initial cost of these objects was 0.5 million, 0.4 million and, accordingly, 9.35 million lei. The Public Property Agency does not explain the reasons for excluding these three objects from the current round of privatization. Let us remind that from June 11 to July 23, the Public Property Agency is conducting a “summer” round of privatization: state property was put up for sale at an initial price of 1.4 billion lei. During an "under the hammer" auction, it is planned to sell a total of 18 objects (starting price - about 110 million) lei, and in a "for a fall" auction - 3 objects (about 1 million lei). Applications for participation in them are accepted until June 29, auctions will take place on June 30. In addition, the Stock Exchange will hold an "under the hammer" auction for the sale of state shares in 14 joint-stock companies, the state's share in which ranges from 30.083% to 99.637%. The total initial cost of the objects is almost 1.3 billion lei. // 18.06.2021 – InfoMarket
