As the NBM notes, in November, the following factors influenced the decrease in official reserve assets: net interventions in the domestic foreign exchange market in the form of foreign exchange sales: $237.13 million; decrease in exchange rates of currencies included in foreign exchange reserves against the US dollar: $38.53 million; Ministry of Finance payments: $9.31 million; payments related to servicing external public debt: $9.28 million; revaluation of investment portfolio securities: $0.08 million; other net outflow: $0.13 million. At the same time, the following factors contributed to the increase in official reserve assets in the reporting period: the Ministry of Finance received loans and grants for the implementation of investment projects: $15.25 million; net proceeds attributable to required reserves of licensed banks in foreign currency: $ 9.52 million; net result of currency swap transactions with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in the form of foreign currency purchases: $2 million; receipt by the Ministry of Finance of funds from the International Development Association, a member of the World Bank Group, in the form of budget support: $ 0.62 million; net income to the account of the Office of Foreign Aid Programs Management: $0.1 million; profit from the management of foreign exchange reserves: $0.09 million.
