Former Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilita will take part in the competition for the selection of candidates for the position of member of the Supervisory Board of the NBM
On her social media page, she wrote that she decided to apply for this competition, believing that her experience and skills would be especially useful in this position. "I have decided from now on to devote myself to the economic development of our country from a technical position, but very important for the macro-financial stability of Moldova. If I pass this competition, I am legally obliged to renounce any political affiliation, including suspending my membership in the Action and Solidarity party "(PAS)" - said Natalia Gavrilita. As previously reported, the Parliament announced an open competition for the selection of candidates for the position of a member of the Supervisory Council of the National Bank of Moldova. According to the regulations, the candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in the financial, legal or auditing field, or in a scientific or academic position in these fields. The dossier must include, inter alia, a declaration under own responsibility that, if the candidate is appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board of the NBM, within 30 days, the candidate will refuse, for the duration of the mandate, from positions incompatible with the position of a member of the Supervisory Board of the NBM.
