According to the National Bank of Moldova, the profit for 8 months this year received all 11 banks. At the same time, about 1 billion 226.23 million lei (86.5% of the total net profit) accounted for four banks: Moldova-Agroindbank, Moldindconbank, Victoriabank and OTP Bank. About 191.73 million lei of net profit were earned by the remaining 7 banks. Herewith, for 10 out of 11 banks that made a profit for the specified period of 2021, its volumes increased in comparison with the same period in 2020, and for 1 bank, the amount of profit decreased. As follows from the data provided by the National Bank of Moldova, in particular, in January-August 2021, the largest net profit was received by: Moldova-Agroindbank - 430.26 million lei (in January-August 2020 - 393.57 million lei), Moldindconbank - 388.66 million lei (261.54 million), Victoriabank - 217.36 million lei (141.69 million) and OTP Bank - 189.95 million lei (59.25 million). Further, in terms of net profit for 8 months of 2021 follow: ProCreditBank - 61.19 million lei (15.23 million lei), FinComBank - 45.56 million lei (38.01 million lei), Energbank - 32.66 million lei (25.62 million lei), Eximbank - 26.51 million lei (14.44 million lei), Comertbank - 12.26 million lei (10.05 million), EuroCreditBank - 10.67 million lei (8.96 million), BCR Chisinau - 2.88 million lei (19.15 million).
