The site contains the following six modules: 1. Development of a business strategy; 2. Successful personnel management; 3. Effective business management; 4. Digitization of business; 5. Effective financial management; 6. Business restructuring. Models and case studies complement the guide and help users apply concepts in their daily work. Registration is not required to use the site. To develop guidelines for Moldovan enterprises, the EBRD team worked closely with the Prime Minister's Economic Council Secretariat and the Organization for the Development of the Small and Medium Enterprise Sector (ODIMM), as well as with other local business associations and organizations in Moldova. According to him, the British government was pleased to support this excellent initiative, which will help companies survive and prosper, preserve jobs and sources of income for many thousands of Moldovan citizens. The EBRD Country Manager for Moldova Angela Sax said that the SME sector in Moldova is a key element for the country, including employment and growth. “This new initiative is a sign of our continued support for SME development through funding, advice and technical assistance,” she said.
