MBW will present an Investment Map, a digital platform that will showcase investment opportunities in the country's regions, and will also launch a new tender for projects in the field of renewable energy and energy storage. He invited foreign companies to invest in our country, noting that Moldova offers a favorable and competitive environment for business development. Dorin Recean also announced a new step towards international and European financial markets - the launch of a new stock exchange, which will provide specific opportunities for local and foreign investors. This information was confirmed by the Minister of Economic Development and Digitalization, Doina Nistor, who announced that the launch of the Stock Exchange will be officially announced on September 16. She noted that today Chisinau is becoming a regional center for economic dialogue, bringing together investors, entrepreneurs, European officials, and international partners. “Moldova is on the international investment map. Through reforms, digitalization, and talented people, we are building a modern and open European economy. Today, more than ever, Moldova is ready for business and foreign investment,” said Doina Nistor. She mentioned Moldova's improved performance in international indices and rankings, noting the continuous improvement of the legal framework and debureaucratization—nine deregulatory packages of amendments to the regulatory framework were adopted, which facilitates the work of entrepreneurs. According to the Minister, Moldova has made great strides in digitalization and is now one of the regional leaders. The head of the European Union delegation in Moldova, Iwona Piorko, noted Moldova's significant progress in economic development. “Moldova has made significant progress towards integration into the EU single market. Just a few days ago, we celebrated the 11th anniversary of the entry into force of the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area Agreement between the EU and Moldova, a powerful tool for economic modernization,” said the head of the EU Delegation, confirming the EU's readiness to continue supporting Moldova, including through the Growth Plan with a budget of €1.9 billion.
