
The Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization forecasts industrial production growth by 2.5% in 2025, to 96.1 billion lei, and by 2.7% in 2026, to 104.1 billion lei
These figures are contained in the baseline forecast of macroeconomic indicators for 2025 and 2026-2028 published by the agency, which were presented taking into account three scenarios. It is expected that under the main scenario, industrial production in Moldova will grow by 3% in 2027, to 109.4 billion lei, and by 3.2% in 2028, to 115.2 billion lei. At the same time, the optimistic scenario envisages that industrial production in Moldova will increase by 3.8% in 2026, to 105.3 billion lei, by 4.6% in 2027, to 112.3 billion lei, and by 5.5% in 2028, to 120.8 billion lei.
