The Moldovan Investment Agency will join the World Association for Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA)
This decision was adopted by the government in order to stimulate investment and promote the country's image on the world market. WAIPA is a non-governmental organization that brings together government and other agencies whose main task is to attract investment to their regions and countries. WAIPA promotes the exchange of experience and knowledge, provides technical assistance and training to investment agency staff, and develops best practices in the field of investment attraction. This international platform brings together more than 130 agencies from around the world and provides access to strategic resources, best practices, and cooperation in the field of investment policy. Membership in this organization will allow Moldova to participate in the WAIPA General Assembly in October and take part in global initiatives in this area.
