Moldova Business Week 2025 (MBW25) – the largest economic forum in Moldova, which will take place from September 15 to 19 – will cover 10 regions of the country
According to the Investment Agency, the forum's program has been expanded to the national level, and a series of events dedicated to the country's strategic industries is planned in 10 regions of the country. In particular, the local and regional agenda of MBW25 looks like this: Chisinau – creative industries, ICT and BPO, real estate, textile industry, pharmaceutical industry and medical tourism, exports, infrastructure, finance and taxes, energy sector; Orhei – automotive industry; Calarasi – agri-food sector; Cahul – entrepreneurship and investment, textile industry; Giurgiulești – port infrastructure, agri-food sector; Ungheni – real estate; Balti – textile industry; Straseni – agri-food sector; Comrat – textile industry. According to the Investment Agency, participants will be provided with transportation to the regions. According to the published program, the forum will open on September 16 in Chisinau, and on the same day, an investment map of Moldova will be presented, along with innovative projects and the export potential of Moldova's creative community. On September 17, there will be a business trip to the port of Giurgiulești, an international forum “Development and access to foreign markets for SMEs from Moldova,” offline meetings with experts from Moldova IT Park, a presentation of demo projects for startups, a train trip to Ungheni and a visit to the industrial park, a multimodal logistics complex in Beresti, etc. On September 18, GliaImpactHub will discuss practical solutions for online business, a familiarization visit to the SEBN factory is planned, the prospects for Moldova as a partner in the restoration and reconstruction of Ukraine will be discussed, the investment potential of the region will be discussed in Cahul, and Mediacor will host the Emedded Moldova-2 conference on the development of Moldova's electronics industry. On September 19, the Medical Technology Forum and Power Up Energy Forum are scheduled. In Chisinau, investment financing and a business services forum will be discussed, and export proposals and the needs of exporters will be presented.
