The Finance Ministry is accepting until March 15 proposals on the draft tax and customs policy for 2025.
The proposals are being collected in order to continue harmonizing national legislation with EU legislation, to consolidate budget revenues needed to finance government spending, and to create favorable conditions for business development. The aim of the project is to ensure a favorable development environment for all parties involved in the socio-economic life of Moldova. All interested parties can send their proposals on the future draft law to the e-mail address cancelaria@mf.gov.md. According to the Law on Public Finances and Fiscal Responsibility, the government has to approve annually, by June 1, the mid-term forecast and submit to the Parliament, if necessary, draft amendments to some legislative acts.
