
The government is carrying out a number of reforms aimed at improving the business environment in Moldova.
Moldovan President Maia Sandu stated this at a meeting with representatives of the European Business Association (EBA). According to the press service of the President, the sides discussed security and the economic situation in the country, as well as the conditions in which business operates in our country. The President noted that the Government is undertaking a number of reforms aimed at improving the business environment in Moldova. The reform of the justice system and its cleansing from corrupt individuals remains a priority, which will ensure the proper functioning of state institutions and is expected by the entire society. The digitization of the state institutions will continue, which will facilitate the business activity. The reform of the education system, the enhancement of the graduates' professional skills and the renewable energy projects will be backed, which will step up the energy independence of the country. Maia Sandu thanked the members of the association for investing in our country, creating jobs and contributing to the economy, and for staying here in these difficult times.
