
Within the framework of the Foundation for Entrepreneurship and Economic Growth of Moldova (FACEM) in 2022-2025 entrepreneurs will be provided with loans totaling 2.84 billion lei.
The Organization for Enterprise Development of Moldova (ODA) officially presented a new fund, the portfolio of which in 2022 is 70 million lei, in 2023 it will be 450 million lei, in 2024 - 1 billion lei, and in 2025 - 1,32 billion lei. At the same time, as noted in the ODA, the fund's portfolio can be increased to 4 billion lei in the future. According to Minister of Economy Sergiu Gaibu, FACEM will stabilize the country's economy and help to get through crises more easily. In total, 2.8 thousand business loans will be issued within the framework of the fund: in 2022, 100 companies will receive loans, in 2023 - 500, in 2024 - 1000, in 2025 - 1200. The average loan size issued in within the Foundation for Entrepreneurship and Economic Growth of Moldova, in 2022 it will amount to 700 thousand lei, in 2023 - 900 thousand lei, in 2024 - 1 million lei, in 2025 - 1.1 million lei. Loans will be provided at a reduced interest rate - about 7.66% for lei loans. Small and medium-sized enterprises registered in our country that do not have debts to the national public budget will be able to apply for participation in the Fund. In addition to loans, within the framework of the Fund, it will be possible to request their compensation (partial or full). The fund commission will be about 1%. In just 4 years, it is planned to create about 19 thousand jobs: 470 in 2022, 3000 in 2023, 6700 in 2024 and 8800 in 2025.
