The next meeting of the Moldovan government will be held on 6 July in Balti.
The government's press service said this, adding that the agenda of the meeting includes a number of important decisions, including for the residents of the northern region of Moldova. In particular, the Cabinet is to approve a draft law on the status of the Balti municipality, which will have a direct impact on the development of the Balti region, as well as a decision on giving the status of national-cultural patrimony to the Barza Albă enterprise. The Cabinet will also pass a decision on passing some buildings from Balti to the state authorities, so that they be included in the local economic turnover. The government will consider draft laws and decisions on the development of the capital market, on increasing the norms of free meals for pupils in the secondary vocational education system, the state order to train specialists in professions and specialties at technical vocational education institutions for the 2022-2023 school year, as well as on the reorganization of some public authorities. After the government meeting, Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilita went to the Balti hospital, where a new perinatology department is to be opened.
